Full
Transaction Logging and Audit Trail Capability |

Tracks details of every change, not just
when and by whom, to provide full roll-forward and roll-back
functionality. When a network crash corrupts your tables, and restoring
from even your most recent backup will lose hours of work for many people,
this feature permits restoring the corrupted tables and rolling forward to
catch up in minutes. Need to know the history of changes for a particular
item? Reviewing the audit log will show it all--what fields were changed
(from and to what values) when and by whom.

Additional Licenses for Unique Portions of your operations |

Whether you operate more than one legally
incorporated company or have a division with unique needs, you may find
having separate licenses--and so separate setup features, particularly
sales tax accounting--for each unique part of your business saves you time
and avoids the aggravation of having to 'fit things in' as in other
accounting packages.

| Subscriptions |

If you bill a regular amount on a regular
basis, then you have what, in this system, we consider a Subscription.
Whether you are billing for a quarterly newsletter reporting on your
industry for selected clients, an update to a database of constantly
changing data, or an annual maintenance or lease fee for software you
supply, all can be considered "Subscriptions." In the most general sense,
Subscriptions are simply repetitive billings for a standard amount. PSA
makes managing subscriptions easy, so that you don't have to keep separate
records on what to charge, and you never miss a billing.

| Spelling Checker |
|
Now you can save yourself the embarrassment
of sending out an invoice with a spelling mistake. This feature adds
spell-checking on the fly, just like in powerful word-processing packages,
with a built-in dictionary of over 112,000 words, plus the ability to add
your own. Fields with spelling protection include the Project/Engagement
Title and Invoice Words. Available only in the desk-top version of PSA.

| 'Macro'
Words and Phrases |
|
Save time (and prevent errors) when your
Invoice Words are made up of standard phrases by using PSA's built-in
macro substitution. For example, type @fps to have PSA insert 'For
professional services provided during the month of', leaving the cursor
positioned correctly to enter the month name. Create your own
abbreviations and associated phrases. Can also be used to add to
Client/Vendor addresses: @cal could insert 'Calgary, Alberta'. Available
only in the desk-top version of PSA.
