| Modest System Requirements
Any up-to-date Windows-based computer will run our systems
perfectly well; machines which are faster and with more memory will do
better than than those which are slower or have limited memory, but if you
can run a recent version of any of the popular office packages you can run
any of our products.

| Server |
| |
Our systems offer a choice of back-end
databases: Visual Foxpro for economy and easy administration, or SQLServer
for efficient network utilization. Visual Foxpro
can run on any machine accessible to the network; it is operates as a
file-server, not a database server, and so has minimal requirements easily
met in most offices and institutions.
- Windows 95 or better
- 300MB to 500MB of available hard drive space
- CD-Rom Drive
SQLServer requires more hard drive space on a dedicated
machine (and often a dedicated system administrator), but if you aren't
already set up with this for other purposes, you probably don't need it
for our systems.

Whether you operate on a Windows-based or
Novell network, our systems run as efficiently as possible, with local
executables for increased speed and reduced network traffic and automatic
updating of all local files to reduce administrative effort and costs.

| Supporting Software |
|
If you install the FoxPro version of our
system, there is nothing else to buy; all required software is
incorporated into the compiled executable or supplied as installable
libraries at no extra charge. For an SQL
Server-based system you will need to already have or separately purchase
sufficient licenses to meet your needs.

| Web Interface |
|
If your hardware configuration includes a
web-server with access to the same server used by the desk-top versions of
the system, you may wish to take advantage of a web-interface to your
system, an optional feature for all of our systems.
